SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Standard Auspost (3-10 business days): 

  1. Free shipping on orders over $79 AUD
  2. $10 on orders under $79 AUD
  • Express Auspost (1-3 business days):

  1. Free shipping on orders over $89 AUD
  2. $15 on orders under $89 AUD
  • In the highly unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged during delivery, we will offer a full refund or replacement, in accordance with our Refund Policy. 

  • Please note that we do not offer shipping reimbursements for order delays that are out of our control, such as delays by the courier.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this moment.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • Most areas in Australia will take 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive through standard shipping
  • Express orders will take 1 to 3 business days business days for your order to arrive through express shipping.

Delivery Partners and Tracking

Orders are shipped through one of our partners Australia Post. Delivery estimates are based on the dispatch date, not the time of order placement. Please note that delivery times may be affected by courier delays.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery or have not received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@thewestlane.com.au with your name and order number, and we will assist you with order delivery status and any issues.
