Returns

  • Not satisfied with your product? Return it within 21 days for a full refund.
  • If you have changed your mind, we offer returns on most items within 21 days of the purchase. 

Online purchases,

  • Items purchased online can be taken back to any of our market stalls for return or exchange. Please reach us at contact@thewestlane.com.au to confirm the market location and date with us.
  • Any purchases at our market stalls, could be brought back. Please note, exchanges are only available at our market stalls.
  • If you wish to return it online, we can provide a full refund after meeting the criteria given below. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 
  • Please make sure that items brought at market stalls and online, meet with the below criteria:
  1. Items are unworn or in their original condition
  2. Items are not earrings (no returns on earrings), sale items, or gift cards
  3. Items are not clearance or reduced to clear.
  4. You have acceptable proof of purchase (applies to online orders only).

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product.  This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
